GoddessAlert is a digital platform that helps men be more attentive to their partner and the women in their lives. GoddessAlert is a trade name of a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 54496462.
By using GoddessAlert, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the service.
GoddessAlert is intended exclusively for:
GoddessAlert reserves the right to terminate accounts in cases of misuse or use contrary to these terms.
You create an account with your email address. Access is provided via a magic link — no password is stored. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that take place through your account.
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
New users receive 7 days of free access to all Premium features. No credit card is required during the trial period.
Payments are processed via Stripe. GoddessAlert does not store payment details. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's payment terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), unless cancelled before the renewal date.
GoddessAlert reserves the right to change prices. In the event of a price change, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price takes effect at the next renewal date following the announcement.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method. Upon approval of a refund, access to Premium features is terminated immediately.

GoddessAlert is a tool. Responsibility for your behaviour and choices in your relationships remains yours at all times.
GoddessAlert uses AI technology (Anthropic Claude API) to personalise daily tips and content. The following applies:
All content, designs, texts, software, and other materials of GoddessAlert are the property of GoddessAlert and protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use GoddessAlert content without prior written consent.
Data you enter (reminders, profile information) remains your property. You grant GoddessAlert a limited licence to process this data for the purpose of providing the service.
GoddessAlert aims for high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
GoddessAlert reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of discontinuation, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and a proportional portion of your subscription will be refunded.
GoddessAlert is not liable for:
GoddessAlert's liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid to GoddessAlert in the three months preceding the damaging event.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence by GoddessAlert.
GoddessAlert may periodically update these Terms of Use. For material changes, you will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of GoddessAlert after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Netherlands has exclusive jurisdiction.
As a consumer, you also have the option to submit a dispute to the Dutch Disputes Committee or via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
