GoddessAlert is a digital platform that helps men be more attentive to their partner and the women in their lives. GoddessAlert is a trade name of a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 54496462.
GoddessAlert is a private application. You use it to:
Account data: email address, registration date, language preference.
Profile data (optional): age, cultural background, hobbies and interests, education level.
Usage data: completed reminders and to-dos, tip ratings, weekly check-in responses, login times, subscription status and payment history.
GoddessAlert allows you to enter basic data about your partner and other women in your life (such as your mother, mother-in-law, or daughter). These are data about third parties who do not have an account with GoddessAlert.
We only process: first name, date of birth, anniversary dates and other personally indicated dates, and preferences and interests you enter.
We never process: contact details, financial data, health data, or other sensitive personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).
The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — comparable to maintaining a birthday calendar. We have conducted a formal balancing test and consider this use justified given the minimal amount of data, the exclusively private nature, and the strict security measures.
Payments are processed via Stripe. GoddessAlert does not store complete payment details. See stripe.com/privacy for more information.

After the retention period, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
GoddessAlert never sells your data to third parties. We share data only with processors who process data on our behalf:
All processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data in accordance with GDPR. We may provide data to government authorities if legally required to do so.
Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection through the use of European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and recognised certification schemes.
Technical measures: encryption of data at rest and in transit (HTTPS), Row Level Security ensuring each user can only access their own data, magic link authentication without stored passwords, and regular security audits.
Organisational measures: minimal data access, confidentiality obligations, and an incident procedure for data breaches in accordance with GDPR requirements.
In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with Article 34 GDPR.

Functional cookies (necessary): session management for logged-in users and language preference.
Analytical cookies (anonymised): general usage behaviour for product development, without personal tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with advertising networks.
GoddessAlert is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of minors. If we establish that data of a minor has been processed, we will delete it immediately.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notification in the app. The date of the last update is stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of GoddessAlert after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
